When I’m fully booked and close out dates and people still want to hire me, an option is my Last-Minute Doula plan. When you contact me and you are in labor, if I find myself available (because the clients I had contracted with have already birthed and I’m not on call), I can support you. This plan does not include any prenatal or postpartum visits, only labor support.
It is a great option for people who realize late in pregnancy they want a doula, or, those who find their partner unexpectedly unavailable to attend the birth.
You pay a flat fee for me to walk out the door and head to you for the first four hours and then an hourly fee thereafter. You still receive:
*Assistance in making informed decisions through the labor and birthing process.
*Physical, emotional and informational support during your birthing process.
*Relief for partner who may need a nap or get a break
The ideal of working with a doula for months of preparation isn’t always possible so this may be an option for you if you want experienced labor support for you and your partner at the last minute. Check it out!
